UNIQUE FEATURES: The cottage borders the Emilie Ruecker Wildlife refuge and is just a few minute’s drive from fogland beach, local restaurants, farmer’s markets and coffee shops. There is a screened-in porch and adjacent deck overlooking the gardens as well as a large outdoor grill and firepit — a quintessential summer getaway.
The Main bedroom (located on the second floor) features a King bed and ensuite with jacuzzi tub as well as a private deck off the bathroom and neighboring laundry room. The Second bedroom (located on the main floor) features a Queen bed with a shared full bathroom. The living room is comfortable with a wood stove and opens into the eat-in kitchen.
*While this cottage sleeps four, there's an additional fee of $50 per guest/night if you have over two guests for the additional property maintenance.
