WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel 60 days prior to check-in. If you’re forced to cancel less than 60 days out, we’ll work with you to host you during our off-season (Nov-April).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO PROCESS?

Anywhere from 7 to 14 days after check out.

CAN WE BRING THE KIDS?

Our Quonset Hut is kid-friendly, but unfortunately no children under 7 are allowed to stay in our waterfront cottages. Our cottages weren’t designed with kids in mind, so for safety reasons we do have an age limit.

DO THE COTTAGES HAVE CENTRAL AIR/HEAT?

Yes, we have AC window units in all of the cottages. Cottage 29 and the Boat House have radiant and baseboard heating, while the Quonset Hut and Dockside have central heat. The Boat House and Dockside also have fireplaces.

DO YOU OFFER EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT?

We’ll do our best to accommodate you on a case by case basis but can’t guarantee either. For wedding stays or events, we recommend checking in the night prior to allow guests to come and get dressed before the festivities begin. Check in is at 4 PM.

DO YOU HAVE LINENS AND TOWELS?

Yup, we’ve got it all! Our beds are layered with a memory foam topper, 1,000 thread count sheets, and a fluffy, sustainable down duvet. Our bath linens are generously sized, 800 GSM Turkish towels that are super absorbent and extremely plush.

WHAT APPLIANCES/AMENITIES ARE IN THE COTTAGES?

Each property has a fully stocked gourmet chef’s kitchen with a gas stove, a large fridge and freezer, a toaster, a microwave, a tea kettle, a blender, a French press; great for the avid cook. Other amenities include: a washer/dryer, dishwasher, detergent, cable, wifi, Sonos speakers, a hairdryer, a straightener, beach towels, beach supplies, kayaks, a lobster pot, and an iron.

HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM THE BEACH?

The Quonset Hut is 1.5 miles from the beach and the rest of our cottages are only 1 mile.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

The Quonset Hut has driveway parking while the rest of our properties have street parking only.

CAN I BRING MY FAMILY PET?

It depends on the property. The Quonset Hut and Dockside are both pet friendly. The Boat House only allows pets from September–May. Cottage 29 doesn’t allow pets.

WHAT SIZE BED IS IN THE MASTER BEDROOMS?

All master bedrooms have a queen size bed with luxury bedding.

DO ANY OF YOUR COTTAGES HAVE BEDROOMS ON THE GROUND LEVEL?

Yes, our Quonset Hut has three bedrooms on the ground level. One has a queen sized bed, one has a full sized bed, and one has bunk beds.

CAN I BRING MY BOAT?

Yes, but only at our Dockside Cottage. We can also rent you a mooring for your boat at the Boat House and Cottage 29.

CAN I HOST AN EVENT?

Yes, but all events must be pre-approved by management, please contact us for more information. If you host an event at one of our properties, you must use one of our house vendors.

DO YOU HAVE IN-ROOM PACKAGES?

CAN I GET FOOD DELIVERED TO THE COTTAGES?

Yes, menus for nearby restaurants are located in the cottages.

WHERE ARE THE GARBAGE BINS?

At Cottage 29 they’re in the outdoor shed by the grill. At the Boat House they’re outside on right hand side of the building. At Dockside they’re out back on the left hand side in the shed. At Quonset Hut there are 2 black bins in the back of the little shed with the red door.
